At Team Leo we often know the areas well enough that we are aware of the negatives and the positives of the area. However, if we don't know, then we perform our due diligence, investigating the property and the neighbourhood. We will do our research, from the obvious, like being under the flight path of incoming planes, to the not so obvious, such as any Right of Ways, Covenants, building permits, etc, on the property.

We were happy to donate $1,000 to Soroptomist International of the Tri Cities, helping to sponsor Warm Place for Women evenings. Women who might have escaped abusive relationships, with or without children, also young women who have lost the support of the Foster care system, aging out at the young age of 18!
