Matt joined Team Léo in 2013, bringing his strong work ethic he developed in his catering business. Matt grew up in Burnaby observing his family's involvement in the construction and design of homes. Add this 'behind the scenes' knowledge, as well as his caring and personable attitude, to his great sense of humour, and you've got a great real estate agent!

Matt is definitely an expert in the Tri-Cities housing market, always aware of the current pricing of properties in the area. Matt also has a good eye for assisting in staging furniture, as well as being able to advise on what items can use improvement before selling, and what upgrades are not necessary. Nancy is our ‘behind the scenes’ marketing and emailing queen! Nancy brings 15 years of real estate experience to the team. She prides herself in doing the best for the team and the clients, making sure the properties get the maximum exposure, supporting the team with all the ‘virtual’ paperwork, happily striving to achieve a paperless office. While supporting and organising the team she is also helping ensure the clients are looked after through every phase of their transactions..

Born and raised in the French neighbourhood of Maillardville in Coquitlam, Léo had strong family and community values instilled at a very young age. The community-minded Leo of today continues to honour those values. As a result of his involvement in the community, he has received many awards, such as the Queen's 2012 Diamond Jubilee Medal and the Children's Miracle Network Volunteer Award for raising over $100,000.

Léo started in real estate over 20 years ago, focusing on Coquitlam and surrounding areas. His high energy plus genuine concerns for people ensure you are in good hands when Leo and team are representing you in your buying or selling of real estate. He started his team to make sure all his clients' needs would be looked after, having more hands on deck to handle all issues that arise.
