We are very happy to have sold this townhome for our clients! During this difficult time we continued with our showings, adapting to the conditions with COVID-19 measures put in place, implementing new protocols to protect all parties.
This was also a difficult decision for the sellers to continue with showings, as it did put them at some potential risk, but we worked hard to minimize that risk. We required masks, gloves, and no one touching anything, our team member being the only person to open any doors, cabinets, windows.
